Billing & Subscription Policy
How FaceVI News Premium pricing, renewals and cancellation are designed to work.
Current displayed plans
Monthly Premium is displayed at $4.99 for an eligible first month and $9.99 per month afterward. Annual Premium is displayed at $50.00 per year. The final currency, tax treatment, discounts and amount charged are shown by Stripe at checkout.
Recurring billing
Premium subscriptions renew automatically according to the selected interval until canceled. Stripe is the payment processor and provides the hosted checkout and customer billing portal.
Introductory discount
The first-month offer is implemented with a one-time Stripe discount configured by the administrator. Eligibility and the exact amount charged are determined by the active Stripe Checkout configuration at the time of purchase.
Cancellation
Customers can use the Stripe customer portal from the Account page to manage payment methods and cancellation when the portal is enabled. Cancellation generally prevents future renewal while access can continue through the already-paid period, subject to the checkout terms and applicable law.
Refunds and legal rights
Digital-subscription refunds are not guaranteed merely because content was viewed or a subscription was unused. Any refund decision must comply with the terms shown at purchase and applicable mandatory consumer-protection law. The operator can issue discretionary refunds through Stripe where appropriate.
