Effective August 23, 2026. These terms govern access to the FaceVI News website and public-facing content.
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using FaceVI News, you agree to these Terms of Use and applicable laws. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
2. Informational and AI-assisted content
FaceVI News may use AI systems, including FaceVI-powered presenters, to generate or assist with narration, summaries, key points and other content. AI output can be incomplete or inaccurate. Content is provided for general information and, where indicated, entertainment. It is not a substitute for professional financial, legal, medical, investment or other regulated advice.
3. Sources and third-party links
Sessions may link to external publishers, agencies, companies, research organizations or other sources. External websites are controlled by their respective operators. A link does not imply endorsement, and FaceVI News is not responsible for third-party content, availability or privacy practices.
4. Permitted use
You may access the site for personal, lawful use. You may not interfere with site security; bypass subscription controls; scrape or copy substantial portions of the service in violation of law or technical restrictions; impersonate another person; introduce malicious code; or use the service to violate another party’s rights.
5. Intellectual property
The FaceVI News site design, original text, branding, software and original audiovisual presentation are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names, marks, source material and linked content remain the property of their respective owners. No rights are granted except the limited right to use the service under these terms.
6. Availability and changes
The service may change, pause, remove or update features and content at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, permanent storage of any session, or that every feature will remain unchanged.
7. Disclaimer and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the site and content are provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
