Privacy Policy
This policy describes the categories of information the current FaceVI News application is designed to process.
1. Information you provide
The service may process your name, email address, password hash, account role and support communications. Passwords are stored as cryptographic hashes rather than readable passwords.
2. Subscription and payment data
Stripe processes payment details. FaceVI News stores Stripe identifiers and subscription status needed to determine Premium access, such as customer ID, subscription ID, plan, status and billing-period end. The application is designed not to store full card numbers.
3. Technical and security data
The application may process IP addresses for short-term rate limiting, server logs, session cookies and security information needed to authenticate users, prevent abuse and troubleshoot the service.
4. Publishing data
Administrators may upload videos, poster images, FaceVI presentation HTML, headlines, articles, sources and key points. Published sessions may be publicly indexed unless marked Premium or otherwise restricted.
5. Service providers
Hosting providers, Stripe and other services intentionally configured by the operator may process information necessary to provide hosting, billing, analytics, advertising or other enabled functionality. Their processing is governed by their own terms and applicable agreements.
6. Retention and deletion
Information should be retained only for as long as reasonably needed for the service, legal obligations, accounting, security and dispute resolution. Account-deletion requests should be handled through the support process configured by the operator, subject to lawful retention requirements.
7. Contact
Privacy questions may be sent to support@facevinews.com.
