Terms of Service
These terms apply to accounts, Premium access, subscription billing and member-only services.
1. Accounts
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and using the service lawfully. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, payment systems, site security or legal compliance.
2. Premium subscriptions
Premium unlocks designated Trending, deep-analysis and archive sessions. Public sessions may remain available without payment. Premium features and content availability may evolve over time.
3. Stripe billing
Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe. By starting a paid plan, you authorize recurring charges at the price and interval shown at checkout until cancellation takes effect. Stripe may collect payment, billing and transaction information under its own terms and privacy practices.
4. Introductory offers
If an introductory discount is shown, eligibility, duration and the post-offer renewal price are disclosed at checkout. Introductory offers may be limited to eligible customers and may not be combined with other promotions unless expressly permitted.
5. Cancellation and access
You can manage or cancel future renewals through the Stripe customer portal when available. Unless required otherwise by applicable law or stated at checkout, cancellation stops future renewal and access may continue until the end of the paid billing period.
6. Refunds
Refund eligibility is governed by the Billing & Subscription Policy, the terms shown at checkout, and mandatory consumer-protection law. Nothing in these terms limits non-waivable statutory rights.
7. Service abuse
We may restrict accounts involved in fraudulent payments, chargeback abuse, unauthorized account sharing, attempts to bypass access controls, attacks on the service, or other material violations of these terms.
8. Changes
Material changes to paid-service terms should be communicated in a reasonable manner. Continued use after an effective date may constitute acceptance where permitted by law.
